Nidd Hall

Residing amidst 45 acres of historic grounds and award-winning gardens, Nidd Hall combines a fantastic location with first-class facilities including a fishing lake, indoor pool, sauna, steam room and two restaurants.

 

Day 1 We travel to our hotel.

 

Day 2 Today we travel to Harrogate to enjoy some free time. Harrogate became the most popular spa town in UK and even today there are still bathhouses where you can relax in the waters and steam rooms. The town has a lot to offer with its shops, gardens and architecture. The most famous shop in town is Bettys Café Tea Rooms.

 

Day 3 Today we take you off on a scenic drive.

 

Day 4 We drive into the Yorkshire Dales, passing through the pretty villages of Pateley Bridge, travelling over the moorland until we arrive at Grassington, a quaint cobbled market town. On to Skipton in the afternoon, known as the ‘Gateway to the Dales’. The high street leads up to the church, behind which you will see the impressive 900 year old castle and Skipton Woods.

 

Day 5 Homeward bound.

Built in the grandest Baronial style, parts of the grade II listed Georgian Hall date back to the 14th century. The house is surrounded by 45 acres of beautiful gardens and lawns that culminate in the ornamental lake, providing the perfect surroundings. All of the en-suite bedrooms feature television, radio, direct dial telephone, hairdryer and tea/coffee making facilities.
