Christmas in Norfolk
Share a fully traditional Christmas with other like-minded people. You will be offered generous amounts of food and a comfortable bed to sleep off the consequences of your over indulgence at this time of year. Then there’s the wonderful Thursford Christmas Spectacular to kindle the spirit and also an optional pantomime.
Day 1 Hotel check in with coffee/tea and mince pies. Afternoon performance of Thursford Christmas Spectacular before our evening meal back at our hotel.
Day 2 Full English breakfast. Leisure time in Norwich. Optional matinee performance at the Theatre Royal Norwich. Afternoon tea with yule log upon our return. Christmas Eve Dinner Dance includes a musical quiz.
Day 3 Full English breakfast. Christmas Morning Service at St. Peter’s Cathedral. Guided short walk around Elm Hill afterwards, the most photographed street in Norwich. 5-Course Christmas day lunch. Evening cold meats buffet then quiz in the lounge.
Day 4 Morning scenic coach drive before our Boxing Day lunch. Evening finger buffet followed by team quiz.
Day 5 Homeward bound.

Wensum Valley Hotel ****
Wensum Valley is set midway between Norwich and Fakenham. This privately-owned modern hotel overlooks its own golf course. All of its bedrooms are en-suite bath or shower, direct dial telephone, radio, alarm clock, TV and tea/coffee making facilities. The hotel has some accessible ground floor rooms.
