Deal & Sandwich

Our first stop today will be the beautiful town of Sandwich which was one of the cinque ports and still has many original medieval buildings, including several listed public houses and gates in the old town walls, churches and the white mill. After time here we will then make our way to the quaint, quirky and one of the most charming coastal towns in Kent, Deal with its award-winning high street, mazy smugglers lanes and independent stores. Buzzing cafes and pubs sit alongside a photogenic seafront that’s home to a sweeping pier and quirky maritime clock; the Timeball Tower.
